Are donations tax deductible?

National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA) is a 501(c)(3) organization (EIN: 35-2420942), and all donations are tax deductible. For online gifts, you will receive an email receipt that serves as acknowledgement of your tax deductible gift. For check, ACH/Wire, or stock donations above $250, you will receive an acknowledgement letter in the mail.

Need a copy of your contribution receipt? You can see your NDWA online contributions in our Self-Service Portal — request a link. You can then choose to email a copy of the receipt to yourself.  If you have any questions or need a copy of the acknowledgement letter, contact donate@domesticworkers.org.

How can I direct my gift to a specific program or location?

If you’re interested in supporting a specific NDWA program or chapter, please indicate where you’d like the gift to go in the memo section via ACH/wire. If giving by check, you can also use the memo line. Please make all checks payable to National Domestic Workers Alliance.
